AHA IT Platform

The Digital Infrastructure for Your Housing Strategy

The AHA IT Platform is a multi-language digital solution that serves as the operational backbone for your housing methodology. It connects your internal teams, external partners, and residents on a single, secure, and data-driven system.

Three Interconnected Modules

AHA Municipality Module

The central command center for your municipality's internal teams (e.g., Housing Agency, partner departments). It provides a robust professional system for managing all housing services, clients, cases, and tasks.

AHA Partner Module

A secure collaboration portal for external organizations, including other municipalities, NGOs, government institutions, and utility companies. It enables seamless task management and information sharing.

AHA Public Module

An accessible housing portal for your city's residents. This is where they can find information, manage their housing issues, and interact with your services in one place.

Key Platform Features

The AHA Platform is equipped with a comprehensive suite of features designed to support the entire housing intervention lifecycle. From proactive risk identification and automated workflows to secure data management and multi-stakeholder collaboration, these tools provide your city with the digital infrastructure needed for a modern, effective housing strategy.

Complex Permission Management

This is a role-based access control (RBAC) system that ensures every user—internal staff, external partners, and residents—can only access the data and functions essential for their role. It protects client privacy through advanced features like field-level data masking for sensitive information and consent-based sharing with partners.

Client Data Registration & Management

The platform features a central, secure database that provides a 360-degree view of every client. It allows for the structured registration and maintenance of all relevant data, from personal information to detailed housing assessments, supporting the entire client lifecycle.

Automated Housing Situation Assessment

This is the platform’s scoring engine, which automatically assesses a client's housing situation across four key dimensions: legal security, crowding, dwelling quality, and affordability. This objective, data-driven evaluation provides a clear basis for identifying risks and prioritizing interventions.

Suggested Housing Interventions from the Service Catalog

This feature intelligently connects the results of the automated assessment to the Service Catalog. Based on a client's most vulnerable dimensions, the system proactively recommends specific, targeted services, helping caseworkers make faster and more effective decisions.

Comprehensive Case Management

This is the core operational feature, built around the Case entity to manage a client's problem from start to finish. It allows caseworkers to track all related communications, tasks, and activities on a clear, chronological timeline, ensuring a complete and transparent case history.

Collaborative Task Management

The platform’s collaborative engine functions as a ticketing system, allowing Tasks to be assigned and tracked not only with internal teams but also with external partner organizations. This creates a transparent and auditable workflow for multi-stakeholder collaboration, replacing inefficient email chains.

Early Warning System

This is the platform’s proactive risk detection module, allowing administrators to define rules that monitor data for specific triggers like rent arrears. When a trigger is detected, the system automatically generates an alert and a task for the responsible caseworker, enabling early intervention before a problem becomes a crisis.

Knowledge Base with AI Assistant

The platform includes a central knowledge base containing all relevant professional materials, documents, and guides. The integrated AI Assistant provides a conversational interface, allowing both professionals and the public to get quick, reliable answers to their housing-related questions from this curated source.
